I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, as it's close to a mall and several restaurants, making it very convenient. However, the room cleanliness was an issue; as soon as I walked in, I started sneezing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, holding our room despite having many walk-in guests. Unfortunately, there was a lack of basic amenities like toiletries and beverages.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, surrounded by attractions and just a short walk to the Heritage Centre and shopping areas. The staff was warm and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant. However, the room I stayed in on the 3rd floor was uncomfortably hot and took too long to cool down, and the dining options were rather disappointing. Overall, it's a decent place with great location and friendly service, but improvements are needed in room comfort and dining quality.
